The launch has been one of the most successful and unique launches the industry has seen in the UK this year, with this innovative new collection causing a real stir. The new range is a kitchen collection like no other. Designed and built in Britain by craftsmen with traditional skills, it brings a contemporary edge to classic design.

Exhibiting a distinctive sense of patriotism, the occasion sported a “celebrate the Best of British” theme.

Welcomed to the new custom built showroom were Editors and representatives from titles such as House Beautiful magazine, Utopia Kitchen and Bathrooms, KBB Review, Kitchen Bedroom, Bathroom and key freelance writers. Mereway premium partner retailers and supporting product Suppliers who contributed materials to the completion of the new showroom also attended whose appliances and worktops are showcased with the new collection.

Interiors Editor of House Beautiful magazine Denise Brock commented “Mereway were winners of a House Beautiful Silver award last year for Best Luxury Kitchen, I looked forward to seeing the latest collection. The new English Revival Modern Classic range was impressive particularly for its great colour range and clever detailing.”

Philippa Turrell, Editor of K&B News also commented “Having worked in the kitchen industry for a long time, I thought I’d seen everything but Mereway have certainly proved me wrong with this pioneering range that has such beautiful design focus and style.”

The event was extremely well received and the day (including the best of British rain) was fun with an unpredictable twist. Mereway also ran the event over several days, presenting the new products to over 100 trade partners and 150 employees.
